  • Philippine National ID Fee — If you’re planning to apply for your Philippine National ID also known as PhilSys ID, you must be wondering how much would you shell out to have it issued under your name.

    Based on our research, the Philippine National ID Fee is for free.

    The PhilSys ID application fee is for free for the first time applicant as mandated by the Republic Act No. 11055.

    Philippine National ID Fee

    The first time application of PhilSys ID will be free BUT a certain amount will be charged for the subsequent application. As for the exact amount of the application fee will be determined after the implementation of the Philippine Identification System Act on September 2019.

    As for our Kababayans working abroad, the same rule applies when you apply for their first time PhilSys ID.

    Philippine National ID Requirements

    Before you head down to the Philippine National ID Application Branches, make sure bring the following application requirements which is your Original copy of Birth Certificate issued by PSA. You also need to bring the (primary requirements) valid IDs such as:

    • Voter’s ID
    • Driver’s License
    • PRC License
    • Postal ID
    • School ID and your School Registration Form (if you’re still a student)
    • TIN ID
    • Philhealth ID
    • Senior Citizen ID
    • NBI Clearance

    You are also advised to submit a PhilSys Registration Form (Form No. 1) which you can get in the PhilSys ID Application centers.
